What is RewardsX?

RewardsX is a value-added deals and discounts platform. We are the only platform that provides a Scan-And-Earn feature and are the largest 1-FOR-1 platform in South East Asia. We deliver value-added online and offline deals to our users including 1-FOR-1 deals, more than 10,000 discount vouchers, cash rebate etc. RewardsX is truly the preferred platform that gives you more.

How do I use RewardsX?

Simply sign up for an account and select a subscription package. Browse through thousands of deals and discount vouchers on the platform and use your points available in your account to redeems vouchers to receive awesome reductions from our Partner Merchants or shop at our Partner Merchant’s online store through our platform for some amazing cash rebates.

How do I register?

It’s easy! Register for a user account via our website www.RewardsX.com or download the RewardsX app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. Simply fill in your details and submit. Your user account will be immediately be ready to use.

Is it free?

Registering and maintaining a user account with us is free. However, to fully enjoy the features we offer, you can choose to subscribe to one of our monthly subscription plans where you will be eligible to earn RewardsX Points and redeem more deals and discounts with us.

How many different type of subscription plans are there?

There are three types of monthly subscription plans; Silver User, Gold User and Diamond User.

What are the features available on RewardsX?

Our award winning features include Scan-and-Earn, 1-For-1 and Cash Rebate. The features available at RewardsX are designed to add value and help our user get the best deals available on the market.

What are the types of vouchers available?

We have thousands of vouchers that give our users amazing deals and discounts but our best selling vouchers are the 1-For-1 deal vouchers.

How do I use the vouchers?

Browse through our huge library of deals and discounts at RewardsX, use your RewardsX Points to purchase the vouchers of your choice. And all you need to do next is to present your e-voucher at our Partner Merchant’s retail shop and mention ‘RewardsX’ before payment to enjoy your discount.

How do I purchase vouchers?

Vouchers can be purchased with your RewardsX Points available in your user account. Simply login into your account, choose selected vouchers, and click purchase. Your purchased vouchers can be found in ‘Voucher Overview’.

How do I redeem the vouchers?

Once you have successfully purchased your desired voucher, simply present your e-voucher at our Partner Merchant’s retail shop and mention ‘RewardsX’ for your to receive your discount.

Where can I view my purchased vouchers?

Your successfully purchased vouchers can be found in ‘Voucher Overview’.

Where can I view my redeemed vouchers?

Your successfully redeemed vouchers can be found in ‘Voucher Overview’.

How many RewardsX Points will be deducted for my voucher purchase?

The RewardsX Points for purchasing voucher will vary and will be listed clearly in the fine print. Please read carefully before confirming your purchase.

What if the Partner Merchants does not recognized vouchers?

Will my vouchers expire?

The expiry date of the voucher will be clearly stated in the fine print. Please read carefully before confirming your purchase. If there is no voucher expiry date stated, by default it is for 18 months.

Do I need to print out vouchers?

No. Simply open the RewardsX app on your mobile device, under ‘Voucher Overview’, show our Partner Merchant the purchased voucher.

How do I get refund for my vouchers?

If you have wrongly purchased a voucher, please email cs@rewardsx.com, and we will process your request within 14 working days.

The Partner Merchant I want is not available on the RewardsX list.

Please Email us at cs@rewardsx.com and we will plan to talk to the merchant and get them on board.

REWARDS X CASH REBATE

What is RewardsX Cash Rebate?

The Cash Rebate feature on RewardsX allows our users to get a step ahead in saving up. For purchases made with our Partner Merchants via our platform.

How do I use the Cash Rebate?

How can I check my Cash Rebate?

Cash rebates that have been successfully credited to your RewardsX account can be found in ‘Cash Rebate Overview’.

Why is my cash is not credited?

If you encounter problems with your cash rebate, please contact our friendly customer service staff cs@rewardsx.com.

How long does it take to credit my cash rebate into my account?

Max 5 days for tracking + 75 days for claiming. All this will depends on our partner merchants confirmation with us. It takes a while for the merchants to confirm is because merchant do need to make sure the sales has been confirm and no refund is still pending.

REWARDS X SCAN-AND-EARN

What is Scan-and-Earn?

Scan-and-Earn provides our users with the opportunity to earn RewardsX Points when they shop with our Exclusive Partner Merchants. Every RM1 spent will earn you 1 RewardsX point into your account. Each RewardsX Point is valued at RM1 and entitles you to shop for thousands of vouchers on our platform.

How can I benefit from Scan-and-Earn?

With Scan-and Earn, you get to immediately earn what you have just spent.
For example, if you have spent a total of RM1,000 at our Exclusive Partner Merchants retail shop, simply scan the unique QR code provided by the Exclusive Partner Merchant and you will receive 1000 RewardsX Points into your account. Use RewardsX Points to purchase from thousands of vouchers available on RewardsX. Each RewardsX Point is valued at RM1.

Why I cannot use Scan-and-Earn?

Ensure that you have allowed the RewardsX app access to the camera on your mobile device for you to be able to scan the QR code generated by our Exclusive Partner Merchant.

Why is Scan-and-Earn not available at some of your Partner Merchants?

Scan-and-Earn is a feature that is only provided by our Exclusive Partner Merchants who have signed up for this feature to be available at their retail shop. Our Premium Partner Merchants have opted not to have this feature available at their retail shop.
Look out for the RewardsX Scan-and-Earn logo displayed at our Exclusive Partner Merchant’s retail shop.

ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION

How do I register for a RewardsX account?

It’s easy! Register for a user account via our website www.RewardsX.com or download the RewardsX app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. Simply fill in your details and submit. Your user account will be immediately be ready to use.

How do I subscribe for a plan?

After registration, choose from our list of monthly subscription plans available. Choose from our Silver User, Gold User and Diamond User plans. For more information on our subscription plans, click here .

What do I do if I forgot my password or username?

Don’t worry, just hit the FORGOT PASSWORD button, and a reset password instruction will be emailed to you to recover the forgotten password or username.

I clicked 'Forgot Password' but I did not receive any password reset email

If you did not receive an email from us, Email us at cs@rewardsx.com directly and we will do our best to recover your account for you.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Each user can only be eligible to open one user account.

Can I change my email, contact details or any other account information details?

Yes you can! We encourage you to keep your personal information up to date so that we can keep you updated on the latest deals, discounts and happenings at RewardsX.

Can I share my account with other people?

We strongly discourage you to do so. If you have shared your account details with a third party, you agree that he/she/they are an authorised agent and that RewardsX will not be held responsible for any tampering or misuse of your account, as stated in our Terms and Condition of Use.

Can I buy additional points for my account?

No. You can, however, earn more RewardsX Points through our Scan-And-Earn feature.

Can I refer a friend?

Yes! The more the merrier. Every friend who signs up and enters your member ID will earn you 20 extra draw entries for our lucky draw.

How do I upgrade my account?

Just go to your Profile and click on ‘Buy Package & Upgrade Package’ and choose your desired upgrade.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes you can.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, simply email us at ask@rewardsx.com. We will process your request within 14 working days.

PURCHASING AND PAYMENT

How do I purchase a subscription plan?

Choose your subscription plan and proceed to make payment. Payments for RewardsX subscription plans can be made online.

How do I pay for my subscriptions?

After selecting your desired subscription plan, your monthly subscription will be automatically debited from your linked bank account every month.

Methods of payment

Payment for purchase of package and monthly subscription fee can be made via online, can be both debit cards and credit cards.

How do I purchase goods/services through RewardsX platform?

The RewardsX voucher simply provides you with money saving deals and discount vouchers. Present the e-voucher to our Partner Merchant and redeem the physical products/services cat their retail shop.
Participating Partner Merchants under the Cash Rebate feature will be in charge or processing your order and delivery. RewardsX will be in charge of making sure your cash rebate goes back into your RewardsX account, and withdrawable into your personal bank account.

Refunds

For inquiries on refund, please contact our friendly customer service staff who will be happy to serve you.

Late payment due to insufficient funds

You will be notified of any late payment due to insufficient funds in your online bank account, debit card or credit card. Insufficient funds will disable the auto-deduct function of RewardsX, and we will not be able to provide you with further services until the amount owing has been settled and a new bank account, debit card or credit card has been linked to continue your subscription service.

We are currently updating our list of Partner Merchants, and shall upload it soon on our website.
Currently, there are two types of Partner Merchants, namely Premium Partner and Exclusive Partner.

Why are some merchants in the list does not have RewardsX benefits?

Currently, there are two types of Partner Merchants, namely Premium Partner and Exclusive Partner.
Only Exclusive Partners have the RewardsX benefits i.e. Scan-and-Earn etc. These Exclusive Partners are our paid partners. Find out how on how to be our Exclusive Partners by dropping an inquiry at ask@rewardsx.com.
